Ruyan-city Keeper’s notes
When spring comes nature has awakened in Ruyan-city also. Finally snow has completely melted, warm weather has settled, green grass has began growing, first flowers have appeared on the meadow, birds have started singing.
On the first and the second of May groups fr om Novosibirsk and Tomsk held their events in Ruyan-city. Fr om Novosibirsk – restaurant “Expedition. Northern cuisine” leaded by Valentin Yusupov and “Expedition” brand shops network directed by Yekaterina Balkavaya. From Tomsk – group of companies Win Corp directed by Veniamin Knyazev.
Here is what Veniamin has told:
“A month ago we decided to conduct regular strategic session of Win Corp group of companies’ management on the 1st of May, Spring and Labour day! It was time to make corrections in development strategy, check conditions in business-units, synchronize understanding of further development among Senior partners.
After visiting “Pavodok” in Ruyan-city on April 17-18 and making decision regarding opening “1+1” shops in Tomsk, there wh ere no doubts, wh ere to conduct the strategic session.
Ruyan-city is a unique place: energy, ecology, absence of irritants allows to work much more effectively. We managed to find solutions for the most critical questions without needless disputes and fuss.
We managed to discuss both matters of inside techniques of creation and promotion of products, involvement of employees, cooperative investment stories, “collective mind” base, and matters of strategic development of business units (today, excluding “1+1”, there are 3 of them in Win Corp).
Natural beauty of the river and distant horizon in Ruyan allows completely forget about routine and, to reload and to go into a state of “creative productive courage.
During our work it was several times mentioned, that we were going to come to Ruyan for the next strategic session”.
Restaurant and shops network “Expedition” from Novosibirsk brought to the City their new young employees. Education seminars and trainings were held, game designed competitions among teams were organized. Winners were awarded prizes with Ruyan-city symbols and a big cake. Then the video about the company and events, conducted by the company was shown.
And certainly, an evening fire! There were openhearted talks in “hexagon”, poems and songs. Sky lanterns were released and dreams were wished. Young people told stories from their lives, fables and anecdotes. Bathhouse was opened for those, who wished to attend it.
During informal communication guys revealed themselves and allowed to get more completed idea of them, to connect with each other more closely, they managed to get acquainted and become friends with each other and employees from other divisions.
In Ruyan young people were inspired with the spirit of “Expedition”, they were pleased to participate in all events, to cook meal, to conduct cleaning and sincerely worried what if they would never come to this wonderful place again.
