PICNIC-HOTEL “EXPEDITION” AND COMPLEX “LEGENDS OF MOHTERLAND”
A picnic-hotel “Expedition” and a restaurant — health and wellness complex “Legends of Motherland” will be openedon Yaroslavskoe highway near Moscow this summer. Here is the concept of future project.
The aim of the project:
Creation of synergy of profitable business-units, generating own and using existing tourist traffic on Yaroslavskoe highway. Also, one of the project’s aims is creation of Disneyland Park analoguein “Expedition” style and capitalization of intangible capital of “Expedition” and “Legends of Russia” brands.
Main areas of activity:
— restaurant business
— wellness, spa, anti-age
— hotels
— business-conferences activity
— development
— possible, sales of residences
— breeding of fish and growing of agricultural products, medicinal herbs on adjoining lands
The area will be divided into four zones with different “penetration depths” of visitors:
1. «Tourism-light»
Food, excursions, purchasingsouvenirsandproducts, variousevents, festivals, holidays, shortstayingin “near-field” conditions, possibly, fishinginartificialponds.
Capacity:
Summer.Weekends 1000 people per day, working days 300 people per day
Winter. Weekends 400 people per day, working days 60 people per day
Restaurant “Legends of Motherland”, 3 halls, capacity 100, 30, 12 people
Bar on the bridge over the river, capacity 12 people
10 picnic sites for 4-12 people
3. «Health and beauty»
Bathhouses (eachbathhousehasoutdoorfirewood-heatedwoodentubfor 4 people)
SPA salon, cellars with food products and cosmetics, freestanding houses for individual and family staying (from 3 houses in 2012, to 15 houses in 2014).

Capacity:
Summer.Weekends 50 people per day, working days 20 people per day
Winter. Weekends 80 people per day, working days 40 people per day
4. “Business-conferences activity”
5. Hotel 18 double rooms (confident 4*), lobby-bar for 20 seats, 4 business-rooms with total capacity of 40 people. Reception for the whole complex is also located here, business-center, mini market.
6. Hostel for employees, common kitchen, common library, community room, for simultaneous residence of 30 people.
7. Two freestanding houses both for corporate strategic sessions and for private companies of 6-8 people.
8. Possible, stand-alone vip-residences (4-6 units)
9. Capacity. All seasons – approximately 50 people per day.
