RUYAN-CITY BUILDER’S DAIRY. MARCH 1
Ruyan-City.
Sunrise in a clear blue sky above untouched taiga — it is a main event, which takes place in Ruyan-City every morning. The sun rises on the other bank of Ob river. In the morning it is better to get out from a yurt or a wooden house, and being dressed only in underwear to run to the cliff, sponge yourself down with snow and hurry back to warmth, to have breakfast. The meeting of the city council was held in the big yurt on March 1. The council consisted of Alexander Kravtsov, Vasil Gazizulin, Dmitry – Lighthouse Keeper, Andrey Danilov, Oleg Korneev and Yuri Pavlenko. These are the people, who are responsible for planning life of the new city for the nearest half year. Agenda included: Electronic City, architectural engineering, buildings design, budget, International Business Camp, creation of the Academy of Franchise entrepreneurship, Ruyan-Veche overall results.
Participants of the city council accepted the main items of the city’s budget.
Out of 100 persent of expenses and investments for today the city’s budget allocation is as follows:
Architectural engineering – 10%
Construction – 40%
Electronic City – 10%
Events – 20%
Technical maintenance – 20%
From the main tasks, scheduled for Summer 2012, first off all a Lighthouse will be built. Tender for the design of the Lighthouse is still opened.
From Ruyan-City “Expedition-Trophy” went further to the West. The following key point is Yekaterinburg.
