THE CITY CUSTODIAN
A custodian has appeared in Ruyan-city. He lives there permanently, guard and maintain the city. Custodian’s name is Dmitry Gulyaev. He is from Tomsk. Initially he was trained as a neurosurgeon and army surgeon. He worked for the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry for Emergency Situations. Then he obtained the second education, graduated from the Law Faculty of University and occupied himself with administrative activity.
Dmitry lives in Ruyan-city since the 3d of January. «I was called and offered to become the city custodian. They told there’s a home and it’s warm in it.»
In the nearest future the custodian plans to finish construction of what has not been finished yet. “We will take a look at layouts and hold a tender. Those who will make the best offer, will construct new buildings and facilities”, — tells Dmitry. Also he plans to get a couple of kind and at the same time strong husky dogs.
