NEW-YEAR TWO TIMES A YEAR
One day we decided in “Expediton”: if it is not possible to celebrate together the New Year’s Eve from December 31st to January 1st, it is possible to improve and to celebrate the New Year one more time – a bit earlier. Thus a tradition appeared in the company to celebrate a New Year two times a year.
This time the celebration was held at a new place in Urals – on Ruyan-spring. In spite of strong frost (down to -25 degrees C), it was as usual, exciting and not like other holidays. We made 12 snowmen, that symbolized 12 months of a year, arranged a flash mob — formed up the figure 2012, enjoyed a carnival with fireworks, danced around Christmas Tree and Ded Moroz with Snegurochka. But we did not forget about business also. “Ruyan” employees, partners, the best managers and sellers of “Expedition” shops from various cities came to the holiday. Organizers conducted trainings and presentations of new goods that will appear in the network soon.
The brightest and the most memorable was celebration of the New Year on the river bank opposite to our camp. About 150 people crossed the river to meet Ded Moroz and Snegurochka, and to drink some Champaign and mulled wine, to present gifts to each other and wish everybody a Happy New Year!
