Graduation and new admission into the Academy of Entrepreneurship!
Precisely three months have passed since the beginning of the project Academy of Entrepreneurship-2011. At the end of May - beginning of June the company received over 100 applications from candidates. Some of them were offered to pass selections in Moscow region, the other part participated in international selections in Ruyan-City. The selections were conducted in “field” conditions, under completely unpredictable, unusual and sometimes even extreme circumstances. “Ruyan” team was searching among the candidates for adequate, vivid, stress resistant, young passionaries, who are inclined to reach goals in spite of obstacles, and herewith who are congenial to the Company.
On June 13 seventeen people arrived to Moscow, they have successfully passed selections and were invited to take part in the educational project Business as an Expedition.
They had to pass a “beginner’s training” course inside the company. They began working from the very first day: some of them were included into project groups, some were engaged in events organization, and some had to launch and promote retail shop. All students of the Academy had curators – the company’s employees, connected with the particular project, but not managing it. Their goal was to nurture self-reliant, responsible his/her for decision, a team-member, and ideally – a partner of the company.
Simultaneously with the permanent work educational events were conducted inside the Academy. Each week the students read and discussed important business-books, watched thematic films, wrote essays, and certainly, attended lectures of business-champions. During their education they had the luck to meat such successful businessmen as Sergei Khafisov (“Gazprom” Director of Research), Andrei Kazuchets (General Director “Tulskaya Nova”), Alexander Aniskevich (E-mobile creator), Andrei Kurbatov (creator of methods of Sense-Values Self-management), Viacheslav Bedov (expert in the sphere of retail networks development).
Students by their own forces organized events, both internal for the company, and on a national scale (festival “Ruyan-Veche”), and on international level (representation of the company at the exhibitions in Hong-Kong, Salt-Lake-City, New-York, Paris). They conducted actions aimed at retail development, including trainings for sellers all over the country, product sales at various festivals and exhibitions, etc.
Today Academy of Entrepreneurship-2011 has 12 graduates (those, who successfully passed education and practical work). They are completely different people: both students of 19-20 y.o. and older, more experienced guys. But each of them achieved a certain success in development of their own and joint academic projects. Thus, one of the academy graduates runs about 10 retail ships, and he plans to open more, some guys, having formed their own project group, invent and launch new products; somebody is engaged in the company’s PR-projects development; somebody will be among the first who create shops network in the Great Britain, somebody manages foreign-economic relationship; somebody will have to meet new admission of the Academy, and basing upon own experience, teach and help students.
Academy of Entrepreneurship has become a very successful project, which allows young people within 3 months to obtain colossal experience in organization and conducting business without auditoriums, lecturers’ and business-textbooks, which everybody knew so well.
