“EXPEDITION” DOORS OPEN
Yesterday, August 17, the Doors Open Day was held in Ruyan-City. It was a unique opportunity to represent oneself and find out details about the company for those, who want to work in “Expedition”.
30 young people from Novosibirsk, Tomsk and Kemerovo gathered around the Yuri Gagarin monument, in the center of Ruyan-City, on the high Ob riverbank. After the city-tour and the company’s presentation, which provided information what is “Ruyan” and what is “Expedition”, which brands and projects constitute the holding, what the company’s ideology is based upon and what are ethical principles of the company, the candidates were divided into groups.
Each group was led by one of “Expedition” curators (chief executives of the company). Those, who passed through the first round of interviews, moved to the other group. Practice of such selections provides very quick and precise result. This company’s format of meadow selection is considered to be the most effective in “Ruyan”. A person shows himself off much quicker within a day of mutual work in informal circumstances, then within a week or a month ofВ “sitting” in an office.
Today is the first day of the Festival “Ob Union”. Those candidates, who successfully passed filters of yesterday selections, remained in the city for these Festival days. It is possible, that some of young Siberians, who came for the Doors Open Day, will become students of the Corporate Business University or employees of the company. We would like to remind, that the Corporate Business University – continuation of the idea of the Academy of Entrepreneurship – has been operating in the company for several years already. The brightest representatives of youth study at the University and simultaneously create their projects in the ‘Expedition” group of companies.
