RUYAN-VECHE. Ob union of Alive. The appeal of the festival organizers.

Imagine, you are standing on the bank of the great Siberian river Ob, warm August wind strokes your face, declining sun fills you eyes with orange light. And your friends are around you. People with whom you can talk, not trying to be someone else. Who really care about your inner world and your views. Who share and accept your ideas. And the most important - with whom you are able to change the surrounding reality!

We want to experience this feelings as well. In this grey compost world we wand to find people-brilliants, with fire in the soul, alive people!

How do we distinguish non-alive person from alive?

They:

- In big system – primacy of material. Money ideology on the background of giving appearance of spiritual values, kind of we respect religion, kind of we support culture, kind of we love our Motherland.

- Acceptance of non-freedom

- Fitting into somebody else’s system, conformism.

- Idleness, limpness.

- Absence of legitimate rules in the society.

- Endurance, but not a life. Disunity.

We:

– Primacy of spirituality (tolerance to all religions).

- Acceptance of freedom, dualistically connected with responsibility.

- Creation of our own set of values balanced against the existing and acting in accordance to it.

- Work and creativity, readiness to difficult living conditions.

- Openness to the world.

- Life.

We determined the following algorithm within our circle:

Meeting - Revival – Recovery – Conceiving – Upbringing – Life – Happiness

The Ryan-City founders do not claim to be monopolists in creation of it’s future. Moreover, we are eager to attract for the task all positive forces of Russia.

Thus, the idea of Ryuan-Veche was born, as an event, which allows to concentrate together alive and responsible people. And plan together and begin building this future.

From August 18 till August 21 we organize the main annual event for the alive people in Russia – “RUYAN-VECHE” in Ruyan-City in Siberia, on the Ob riverbank. We invite there representatives of various spheres of activity, who are close to us spiritually– from business to stage direction, form biomedicine to art, from IT-technologies to Go. We will construct interest zones for them, where speeches, lectures self-presentations will alternate with friendly communication, musical concerts, movie shows, performances and other creative activities.

The aim of the first day is meeting of the participants and stock-taking of everything good, which exists in today’s Russia.

During the other days the participants of Veche will choose the brightest, the strongest and the most interesting personalities, who can offer something in the following areas: Ruyan-Church, Ruyan- Construction, Ruyan-University, Ruyan-Economy, Ruyan-Ideology and Ruyan-Culture.

The final offers will be presented for consideration of the whole Veche. And we all together will make decision – how Ruyan-City will be developed within the nearest year. As Veche determines, thus it happens. Together we will raise new society – Society of Alive!

We have several rules:

- We do not curse when women are around, do not drink strong spirits and do not consume drugs, do not hurt ours and we are not jealous.

- We want to escape money relationship between like-minded persons, that is why we welcome natural mutual help – works for maintaining the festival will be shared between the participants.

- We reserve the right to dismiss inadequate people from participants of the festival, those who seriously hinder other people with one way or another.

We believe – each person will take away a piece of energy of the Ruyan-City lighthouse in his hart.
