HOTE TIME OF THE NORTHERN CUISINE


The restaurant “Expedition. The Northern cuisine” in Moscow meets guests with summer food and new roof.

Only now you can try new dishes from the hot northern menu:

Okroshka with smoke-cured wood grouse; cold vegetable soup with Kamchatka scallop; deer’s liver grilled with sour-cream; salad with crab meet and pickled quail; deer rump steak with redcurrants and other fantastic dishes.


And on the roof under the new curtain you can sit, pampering you foots in the grass, near the sky and enjoying flavors and views.
